CANCELATION POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you are unable to make a appointment please call us at least 48 hours in advance and there will be no charge. Failure to not cancel without enough notice will be charged in full treatment price.

PATCH TEST

No colour service or chemical eye treatment will be carried out without a patch test. Patch tests must be done at least 24 hours before booked appointments.

DEPOSITS

A NON-REFUNDABLE value of 50% of the service booking will be taken for larger bookings.

DISCREPANCIES

Any discrepancies are to be made within 2 days of the original service, after this time you will be charged full.

GIFT VOUCHERS

SERVICE/TREATMENTS

Gift vouchers available on request. All vouchers are valid for the maximum of 6 months only. Please contact the salon for more information. We also have e-vouchers which you can be purchased of our social media.
